The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS)/Office for Children with Special Health Care Needs (OCSHCN) provides leadership, policy, direction, and administration to promote a system of care for children up to age 21. OCSHCN uses Title V funding to provide services to the entire population of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN). Title V services include advocacy, information and referral, promoting best practices among providers, community partners and other child-serving agencies through training and education.
