What Is Positive Family Coaching?
At Encircle Families, we believe that families thrive when they have the right tools and support. That’s why our Positive Family Coaching (PFC) program offers enhanced guidance to families of children receiving behavioral health services through AHCCCS. Our team works alongside families and their Child & Family Team (CFT) to provide education, advocacy strategies, and positive behavior support, helping families navigate challenges with confidence.
How It Works
Services provided to families enrolled in the PFC program are customized to meet the family’s unique needs and priorities. These services may include:
- Personalized Support: One-on-one coaching tailored to their child’s unique behavioral health needs.
- Guidance on Education & Health Care: Helping families access services and navigate complex systems.
- Advocacy Training: Empowering parents with skills to advocate effectively for their child.
- Positive Behavior Support Strategies: Offering practical tools to foster positive behaviors at home and in the community.
- Triple P (Positive Parenting Program): Triple P is an evidence-based program that helps parents and caregivers create positive, lasting behavior changes at home.
Why Families Trust Us
Families choose Encircle Families because we understand what it’s like to raise a child with behavioral health needs.
