With deep sadness, we share the news of Peggy Storrs’ peaceful passing on July 20, 2025. A founding parent of our organization—originally known as Pilot Parents and now Encircle Families—Peggy was the heart and voice of our mission for decades. She and her husband, Don, played a pivotal role in building the foundation of support that thousands of families have come to rely on. Her compassion, dedication, and unwavering belief in families raising children with disabilities will never be forgotten. Peggy’s legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the community she helped create.
